From there, you’ll sample a wide range of dishes including crispy chicharrón, slow-cooked carnitas on corn tacos, smoky marlin burritas, fresh ceviche on tostadas, birria sopes served with comforting lamb broth, and warm gorditas filled with creamy roasted peppers.
