Through the Coast from Muscat to Quriyat and over the plateau Travel down and Reach Wadi Shab. About 40 minutes walk through the canyon and green terraced gardens will bring you to a series of streams and pools. You will now have the opportunity to swim in crystal clear water and swim through a narrow keyhole, magnificent cave to Surface inside, which contains an inspiring waterfall.
