This cooking class doesn't happen in a studio. It happens in Sinem's real Antalya home, the same kitchen where she cooks for her family every day.
You'll be welcomed warmly, then get straight to work together: rolling sarma, preparing regional meze, and cooking dishes rooted in Anatolian tradition and seasonal ingredients. Sinem guides you through each step at a relaxed pace, sharing the stories behind the recipes as you cook; where they come from, how her family makes them, what makes an Antalya kitchen different from one in Istanbul.
When the food is ready, you'll sit down together and eat what you made. Guests often say they came for the food and left feeling like they'd made a friend. ...
