Accompanied by Augusto and Paulina, who grew up with the regional traditions and everyday life of local cuisine, participants learn not only recipes, but also the small handles, stories and meanings behind the dishes. Cooking, laughing and tasting together in a relaxed atmosphere – far from standard tourist offers. Immerse yourself in the world of authentic Mexican cuisine and get active yourself : In this interactive cooking class, you’ll make traditional corn tortillas from scratch, make classic Mexican salsas fresh, and create your own vegetarian or meat-optional tacos.
Accompanied by exciting insights into Mexican and Mayan food culture, you will then enjoy your home-cooked food – rounded off by a refreshing, homemade Agua de Jamaica.
