Create your own handmade matcha soba from scratch under the guidance of a soba chef. This workshop is held at a soba training facility where professional chefs learn traditional techniques.
What makes this experience special is the freshness of the soba itself. You will use high-quality soba flour from our on-site milling facility, combined with fragrant matcha, to create beautiful green matcha soba.
