Experience The Mayan Cacao Ritual, an intimate 60-minute adults-only experience for 4 guests. Grind, discover, craft, and taste cacao through a modern journey inspired by Mesoamerica’s oldest traditions.
1. Grind & Discover Grind cacao beans by hand on a traditional volcanic stone metate, transforming them into cacao paste while discovering cacao’s significance in ancient Mesoamerica.
2. Craft Your Own Artisan Truffles Use the cacao paste you created to craft your own artisan truffles. Personalize them with seeds, nuts, and dried fruits. We’ll package your creations to take back to your cruise ship.
