Among Art Deco buildings, old factories, buried rivers, and streets shaped by the capital’s growth, we taste the foods that carry the memory of migration: chilaquiles, carnitas, pulque, mole, birria, and other dishes now unmistakably chilango.

Among Art Deco buildings, old factories, buried rivers, and streets shaped by the capital’s growth, we taste the foods that carry the memory of migration: chilaquiles, carnitas, pulque, mole, birria, and other dishes now unmistakably chilango.
