Once booked, the company team will contact the traveler one day before the experience to confirm the exact pick-up time and transport details.
If the traveler chose transportation from their hotel in Mexico City, their driver will pass through the hotel lobby at the confirmed time. The driver will be identified with the company name
The transfer to Teotihuacan takes place by comfortable and air-conditioned vehicle. The journey takes approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
Upon arrival in Teotihuacan, travelers will be greeted by your team for check-in and breakfast
