The tour begins in Addis Ababa’s Aya hotel neighborhood with a welcome drink or coffee. From there, we’ll explore the city on foot, visiting a locally owned restaurant to enjoy some of our favorite vegetarian dishes. As we walk through the neighborhoods, our guide will share fascinating insights into Addis Ababa, as well as Ethiopia’s history, culture, and daily life. Next, we’ll visit one of Addis Ababa’s most famous traditional meat houses, followed by a stop at a local fish restaurant. Along the way, we’ll take a break to enjoy freshly brewed Ethiopian coffee and finish with a refreshing fresh juice. At each stop, you’ll have the opportunity to taste different local beers from various parts of Ethiopia. The tour ends at approximately 8:00 PM.
