The story unfolds around a banquet hosted by Empress Wu Zetian, weaving together the legendary stories of over ten women along the Silk Road. The performance incorporates diverse art forms, including the Whirling Dance of the Western Regions, and the costumes have been recreated based on Silk Road artifacts.

Tianque Grand Tang Palace Theater is located at the former site of Chongren Ward in Chang'an, with a total investment of approximately 120 million RMB. The theater seats 400 guests for dining and viewing, making it the largest single-seat palace banquet theater in China. It is equipped with the country's first full LED ceiling for a palace banquet theater, creating an immersive Tang Dynasty atmosphere. The cast features nearly 80 performers, the largest ensemble in the industry. The architecture was crafted by two teams skilled in intangible cultural heritage construction techniques, using more copper and gold than any other commercial building in China.
