Start with a taste of southern Mexico: citrus-marinated pork slow-roasted in banana leaves, topped with pickled onions, plus a standout vegetarian option. Paired with smoky Espadín mezcal and a cold beer.
Next, a Michelin-recommended taquería with an international twist—confit pork belly with hoisin, sriracha, and pickled vegetables. Enjoy a clean, bright mezcal joven.
Then, smoke and fire: brisket or miso-marinated beef, plus a signature smoked avocado dish featured by the New York Times. Served with a Cupreata–Criollo mezcal blend, mineral and citrusy.
We finish with fresh churros, chocolate or caramel, and café de olla—the perfect end to your Mexico City night.
