A curated tasting, not a sugar rush. Carefully chosen specialties, each one telling you something about where it comes from.
The old town, beyond the postcard. Everyone sees Paradeplatz, Lindenhof, and the Grossmünster. We go further, into quiet squares, Chagall windows, and the alleys where Lenin plotted revolution, Dada poets invented nonsense, and Zwingli launched the Reformation.
