Prepare to start the day in the most magical way possible!
Right in the early hours of the morning, even before the sun rises completely, we will find ourselves on Copacabana Beach, one of Rio de Janeiro’s most iconic landscapes. After a quick presentation and safety guidelines, you will receive all necessary equipment for the practice of the Stand Up Paddle, including vest and board.
If you’ve never practiced, don’t worry! Let's start with a basic instruction in the sand, and then we go together to the calm, protected water of the shore.
