This is a very unique activity because all products are directly sourced from around a village in the Castilla La Mancha área of rural Spain. Nothing you will drink or eat comes from city supermarkets, all from farm source.
I’m Paul your private chef who travelled, cooked & ate my way around Spain.
I design your menu with you ahead of time. Typical dishes could be 25 day old baby lamb or pig, bulls tail slowly cooked for 8 hours in wine n herbs from the land. Even River fish, or La Mancha egg plants, vegetables from my garden.
I cook to Michelin star standard but I will never want a Michelin star as I refuse to work in a restaurant. Most star chefs on TV are rude and disrespectful to ...

Escape the city for 7 hours, see beautiful countryside, travel by comfortable transport to where you will be the only tourist in this unspoiled picturesque village (pop. only 68!) only 1 hour from downtown Madrid.
Be welcomed into our private home in the official protected grounds of a 10th Century castle overlooking the valley.
On booking, your private chef will contact you ahead of time to discuss your perfect 'Michelin standard' menu of farmed sourced meats and/or locally grown vegetables.
Taste our outstanding 'award winning' D.O. wines, vermouths and liquors by our local family winery. (Alcohol +18s only).
