Snuba is inside Jeanie’s in Downtown Cozumel on the waterfront across from Mega Comercial (supermarket). Any taxi can take you there.
From the Playa del Carmen Ferry Pier, it's a 10 minute walk south.
Once there, just tell any staff member that you have a reservation.

SNUBA is a unique, shallow water diving system (20ft maximum depth), bridging the gap between snorkeling and scuba diving. SNUBA is safe, easy and does not require certification. You only need to know how to swim. SNUBA is easily accessible to couples, families, children and seniors. It is also a great way for a certified diver to introduce non-certified partners to the underwater experience.
Underwater, you'll be accompanied by a certified dive guide who will point out interesting sea life.
After your SNUBA, you can snorkel. We provide you with free snorkeling gear for you to use while you're here until 4:30 P.M. You also receive a 15% discount on food and beverage at Jeanie's Beach Club...
