Most Essaouira experiences stay inside the medina walls. This one takes you somewhere wilder. You walk along the untouched shores of Sidi Kaouki as the Atlantic sun sets, then arrive at a traditional Berber tent pitched facing the ocean. The tent door opens directly onto the sea. Candles lit, tagine ready, the Atlantic spread before you. No restaurant, no crowd, no noise. Just the waves, the stars, and a table set with genuine Amazigh hospitality.
