With your teacher Teresa of Syracuse, you will live an authentic experience, made of simple gestures, genuine flavors and family recipes. In this 1.5-hour lesson, Teresa teaches you how to prepare 3 types of fresh pasta with your own hands. During this lesson you will use flours, eggs and local and seasonal ingredients to make local pasta.The sauces will be meat, vegetarian or fish (fresh).The flours we will use contain gluten. The skills you will bring with you after cooking class at Teresa's house, will not only be recipes, but a small piece of Sicily to share with your family and friends.
