We are waiting for you in one of the most fascinating historical markets of Palermo, where you will begin a journey through scents, colors and traditions. You will meet the host and together you will select fresh ingredients from the stalls, discovering typical products and curiosities about Sicilian cuisine, immersed in the authentic atmosphere of the neighborhood.
After the Point of Sale, we will walk to a house in the historic center, a cozy environment where the cooking class will come to life. You will participate in the preparation of a simple and tasty Sicilian menu, guided step by step, using seasonal ingredients and traditional techniques.
