Once you have chosen your destination hotel, you must inform us which airport terminal you will arrive and the flight number to monitor any delays or changes in the flight schedule. You will be given details of the pickup , as well as name of the operator and type of vehicle. When boarding you will only present your digital reservation and we will go to your destination hotel. Transfer time will depend on traffic and distance. If you wish to reschedule your service you can do so at least 3 hours in advance. It is important that you mention number of bags and size.
