Your adventure begins at Tenma Station, where we head into a maze of narrow back streets leading to one of Osaka’s most beloved local markets. Unlike tourist-facing markets, this is where real Osaka residents shop every day. You’ll be amazed by the colorful variety of fresh fish, seafood, and vegetables on display. Together we pick up the fresh ingredients for your sushi — straight from the market stalls.
After the market, we drive together through a real Osaka neighborhood to our bright home kitchen. Here, you’ll make your very own Osaka-style box sushi...
