Corpus Christi (CC) is 208 miles/335 kilometers southeast from downtown Houston. Including 1 stop for a bathroom, refreshment and souvenir break, the drive each way is approximately 3.5 hours. Thus, we will spend about 7 hours driving to and from CC. We will take a slightly different return route so we can show you more sites. You will have many visual stimuli as we drive through a portion of the south Texas dessert with mesquite trees, and gravel replacing grass.
