After the Reservation has been confirmed, we will contact you to confirm the requested boarding address and time. The driver will be designated and the vehicle data (model, color and plaque) will be sent in advance by WhatsApp or email.
On the day of service, the driver will be at the meeting point at the scheduled time.
At airports, there will be a reception in the landing area with passenger identification. In hotels, the driver will present at the reception. In private residences or addresses, contact will be made by means informed in the Reservation (WhatsApp, telephone or e-mail).
