تيفولي فيلا ديستي وفيلا هادريان
Step back into the 2nd century at the most architecturally complex estate of the Roman world. Your driver will drop you at the entrance of this UNESCO World Heritage site, where you can wander through the Canopus, a long reflective pool modeled after an Egyptian sanctuary and framed by Corinthian columns and statues. Don't miss the Maritime Theatre, a circular, moated "island" villa where Emperor Hadrian would retreat for total seclusion. As you walk through the vast remains of the Imperial Libraries and the Great Thermal Baths, you’ll experience the sheer scale of a site that was once a city unto itself.Imperial Grandeur at Hadrian's Villa: Explore the most iconic structures of the Emperor's estate, including the Canopus pool and the Serapeum, followed by a walk through the Imperial Palace ruins.

فيلا ديستي
A short drive up the hillside brings you to the heart of Tivoli and the 16th-century Villa d’Este. This Renaissance marvel is world-renowned for its garden of fountains, all powered entirely by gravity. You will walk the Hundred Fountains (Le Cento Fontane) promenade, where moss-covered spouts line a 100-meter walkway. The highlight is the Organ Fountain, which uses water pressure to play music, and the monumental Neptune Fountain, where massive jets of water shoot high into the air above deep turquoise pools. Inside the palace, take a moment to admire the ceiling-to-floor frescoes that depict the mythological origins of Tivoli.

In the town center, your driver will stop at the Rocca Pia, a formidable fortress built in 1461 by Pope Pius II. This structure serves as a stark contrast to the delicate gardens you just visited. With its four massive circular towers and high tufa walls, it was designed to assert papal authority over the town. While you explore the exterior and the surrounding piazza, you’ll get a sense of Tivoli’s strategic importance during the Middle Ages. Its rugged, "no-nonsense" architecture provides a perfect historical bridge between the Roman ruins and the Renaissance luxury of the day.

حديقة فيلا جريجوريانا
Your final stop is the lush, wild landscape of the Villa Gregoriana. Commissioned by Pope Gregory XVI in the 1830s, this park is a dramatic gorge filled with winding paths and hidden grottoes. You will stand at the lookout for the Great Waterfall, where the Aniene River makes a spectacular 120-meter plunge into the "Valley of Hell." The path leads you through dense vegetation to the ruins of the Temple of Vesta, a circular Roman temple perched precariously on the edge of the cliff. It is the perfect atmospheric conclusion to your day before your driver begins the relaxing 45-minute journey back to Rome.
