When you make your reservation, we receive notification of your details and begin to prepare your transfer. The day before your arrival, we will contact you to confirm the details of the service and the name of your assigned representative. Upon your arrival at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), either at Terminal A or B, one of the staff will be waiting for you, easily identifiable by his uniform and a folder with the logo, containing your printed reservation and your name clearly visible. Your driver will assist you and take you directly to your accommodation or destination in Punta Cana, ensuring a comfortable, safe and efficient transfer.
