For airport pick-ups, we ask the customer for full flight details. This allows us to track arrival time and check if the flight is advanced or delayed, thus ensuring timely and smooth coordination. Upon arrival, a representative will be waiting in the departure area with a sign identified with your name, assist with luggage and escort you to the vehicle for transfer to the destination.
For hotel pickups, the guest's full name and room number are required. This information is necessary to manage the access authorisation and prepare the corresponding exit sheet, thus ensuring an organised and timely collection.
