Free admission applies to visitors under 18 and EEA residents under 26, upon presentation of valid ID and proof of residency.

It is necessary to bring an official ID or a clear photo of it. IDs will be checked at the venue upon entry. Please make sure to provide the correct names of all participants when booking.

Please arrive 20 minutes before your activity start time to check-in. Due to strict regulations, late arrivals cannot be guaranteed entry .
•
We recommend traveling light, large bags, umbrellas or suitcases are not allowed inside.

Our meeting point is next to the Arc of the Carrousel (not the Arc de Triomphe at Champs-Élysées), the arch located directly opposite the Louvre Pyramid. Look for a staff member wearing a purple "Crown Tours" jacket or T-shirt, standing next to the statue on the right when facing the arch.
