The Cu Chi Tunnels, once part of the "Iron Triangle" during the Vietnam War, are an intricate underground network used by Vietnamese resistance forces. From a heavily bombed area, Cu Chi now stands as a living museum showcasing wartime history and Vietnamese culture. In the afternoon, travel by car to My Tho (about 2 hours), stopping for lunch along the way.

Arrive in My Tho and board a boat along peaceful canals to a coconut island in Ben Tre. Stroll the village, meet a local family, enjoy fresh tropical fruits, honey tea and wine, and listen to traditional folk music. Visit a coconut candy workshop, explore handcrafted items, and wander through orchards and traditional houses, soaking in the serene Mekong Delta countryside.
