This is more than a cooking class — it’s an invitation into a family home in Algiers. Guests cook alongside Amel and Djezia using traditional family recipes, learn about the stories and customs behind Algerian food, and most of all, having fun. Guests sit down together to share the meal overlooking the Bay of Algiers. The small-group setting makes the experience personal, relaxed and genuinely local, with the option to add a market visit for an even deeper introduction to the city’s food culture.
