08:30 AM – Meet your winemaker host at the estate. After a brief introduction, board the private 4x4 vehicle to begin your off-road estate exploration.
08:45 AM – Your winemaker will drive you through rugged tracks between the vines while explaining the local geology, soil types, and seasonal vineyard works that shape the character of our grapes.
09:45 AM – Take in the breathtaking views, snap unforgettable photos on our vineyard swing, and enjoy a crisp, refreshing glass of our Fruity White wine served perfectly chilled.
10:15 AM - Walk through our heritage cellar, where the winemaker will showcase traditional tools and share stories of how wine was crafted here generations ago.
10:45 AM – Get a detailed, behind-the-scenes look at contemporary vinification, fermentation, and aging techniques.
11:15 AM – The winemaker will guide you through a premium flight of varietal red wines from our prestigious Joana da Cana Expression Edition, paired with a selection of regional tapas.
