Our boarding ladder and railings have a maximum capacity of 115 kg (253 lbs) as specified by the manufacturer. Guests exceeding this weight cannot safely board our boat due to equipment limitations. This is a safety requirement based on equipment specifications, not discrimination. We apologize for any inconvenience.”
