The excursion will begin from the historic center of Pitigliano.

Our hike will be about 3 hours as we descend to the bottom of the valley below and follow the course of the river for a short stretch.
We will then go back up to the plateau in front of Pitigliano through unique historical monuments known as Vie Cave. These are real canyons dug by hand by the Etruscan people for religious and road purposes.
