With over 20 years of experience teaching Japanese cooking and more than 3 years of welcoming international guests, I offer a high-quality and authentic culinary experience that goes beyond a typical cooking class.
Throughout the class, I will take photos and videos of your experience and share them with you after the lesson, so you can cherish the memories and recreate the dishes at home using the recipes provided.

Experience authentic Japanese home cooking and culture in a local Osaka home.
Learn how to make two types of ramen with homemade broth and authentic toppings, and how to make handmade gyoza from scratch. You’ll also create traditional Japanese sweets (wagashi) and enjoy a traditional matcha experience.
Learn the secrets of making dashi, Japanese cooking techniques, plating, and table manners. After cooking, relax and enjoy the meal you’ve prepared together.
Take home all recipes so you can recreate the dishes yourself. We will also capture your experience with photos and videos and share them with you as a special keepsake of your time in Japan.
