From the moment your reservation is confirmed, the assigned driver will be notified of the details of your booking, including the vehicle type, color, and license plate number. You will also receive the driver’s contact number. Upon arrival at the designated collection point—whether at the airport, port, or another location—the driver will be holding a sign displaying your name for easy identification.
