Meet at the Log Pavilion (14 Myakka State Park Rd, Sarasota, FL 34241). After you pay the park entrance fee at the ranger station, turn left after the first speed bump, and
park in the small lot behind the large granite boulder. The Palmetto log cabin is across the street.

Tours end at the trailhead of the final destination; typically Fox High or Ranch House Road, or along the banks of the Big Lake. Please plan for 15-25 minute drive back to the main park gate on Route 72. (Note: North Entrance on Clay Gully Rd is open on the weekends and will take you to Fruitville).
