Unlike large commercial wineries, this experience focuses on personal hospitality, small-group tastings, and the authentic culture of Crete. Guests discover the history of Cretan wine from ancient Minoan traditions to modern boutique winemaking while tasting indigenous local grape varieties paired with traditional Cretan delicacies.
