We start at 5:30 a.m. with pickup from your hotel in Cusco. We travel through the Andean valleys and visit the pre-Inca tombs of Ninamarca, a place full of history. Then we arrive at the colonial village of Paucartambo, known for its old houses and museums where ceramics, costumes and masks of the famous festival of the Virgin of Carmen are displayed. Here we enjoy a typical breakfast. We continue to the viewpoint of Acjanaco, 4,000 m high, with incredible views of the cloud forest. From there we enter Manu National Park and go down a path surrounded by vegetation, waterfalls, birds and monkeys. In San Pedro we have lunch outdoors and walk to observe the rooster of the rocks. At the end of the day, we arrived at Bambu Lodge for dinner and rest.
