One of the most charming streets in the Old Town, known for its painted doors, restaurants and local life. It’s a lovely place to pass slowly, take photos and feel the older, more traditional side of Funchal.

Praia da Barreirinha
A peaceful part of the Old Town, close to the sea, with beautiful views and a local feeling. Here we can see Santa Maria Maior Church and pass by Barreirinha Beach, a favourite spot for locals to relax by the ocean.

One of the best places to see Funchal from above. From Pináculo Viewpoint, you can enjoy a wide view over the city, the mountains and the ocean, making it a perfect stop for photos and a quiet moment to take it all in.
