You'll be welcomed into a characterful wine cellar in the heart of Lyon by your host, a local sommelier trained in Burgundy. Over about two hours, in a small private group, nothing is poured that you didn't choose.
It starts with a conversation about what you love and what you're curious to discover. Then, with the sommelier's guidance, you build your own tasting. His role is to steer you toward the right bottles, never to decide for you.
