Luggage will be pickup about 10 minutes before the tour bus arrives for your day tour . Luggage pickup at CPH airport most be thoroughly coordinated with flight schedule and the tour bus schedule. Delayed flight might cause you to miss the tour. A limited refund is in the case offered. Contact Ophelia Tours immediately in case of flight delays in order for re-booking of your tour ticket or cancellation of the luggage service and tour. - Standard cancellation generally apply, but in case you want to re-book for another day a reduced refund on the unused luggage service will be issued. (In case of a alternative tour date, this can not be cancelled or refunded if not used)
