1. Once you make a reservation, our reservation staff will confirm your reservation (instant confirmation).
2. The day before the tour, our team of drivers will send you photos of the driver and vehicle (Whatsapp).
3. Your driver will contact you on the day of the tour.
4. When you arrive at Lotte World, go to the Lotte World main gate. Lotte World staff will hand you the ticket. If you have difficulty meeting, please contact us. We'll take care of it right away.
5. Please inform the driver team of your desired pickup time at Lotte World. The driver will be waiting at Lotte World at that time. As a transfer service, pick-up and drop-off drivers may vary.
