Towering 116 metres above the white town sits the Acropolis of Lindos, the second most visited archaeological site in Greece after the Athenian Parthenon.

● The Temple of Athena Lindia: Dating back to the 4th century BC, this ancient sanctuary was once visited by Alexander the Great and Hercules according to myth.

● The Medieval Fortress: Surrounding the ancient temples are the massive, dramatic walls built by the Knights of Saint John in the 14th century, creating an incredible contrast between ancient Greece and medieval history.

● The 360° Panorama: From the cliff edge, look down to see the unique "heart shape" of St. Paul’s Bay on one side...
