We will roll up our sleeves to prepare fresh egg pasta, cook the sauce and béchamel sauce, and layer all the ingredients to create a delicious homemade lasagna.
While the lasagna is baking, we will prepare a simple dessert and toast with a glass of wine (or juice for the children), sharing stories and little secrets of Italian cuisine. Finally, we will all sit down together to enjoy lunch — just like Italian families do every Sunday.
