Our driver will pick you up from your Nairobi hotel or airport early in the morning. You will head to Nakuru with a short stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to take some memorable photos. Lake Nakuru National Park is best known for its thousands, sometimes millions, spectacular pink flamingos nesting along the shores. The surface of the shallow lake is often hardly recognizable due to the continually shifting mass of pink wildlife. The number of flamingos on the lake varies according to water and food conditions. The best vantage point for viewing the birds is Baboon Cliff.Upon arrival at the park, you will take off for an amazing game drive. See large numbers of waterbuck, warthog, impala, buffalo, plains game, cheetah, and now rhino, as Lake Nakuru National Park has been made into one of Kenya's rhino sanctuaries. After lunch (own cost), proceed with an en-route game drive as you depart for Nairobi. Arrive in the evening with drop off at the pickup point.
