Discover a deep connection to the natural power of Kauai on this nature scavenger hunt along the Kuilau Ridge Trail. This 2.5-mile hike follows a gentle incline through lush landscapes that feel like stepping into a living Japanese watercolor. Along the way, you will encounter sweeping panoramic views of the Makaleha Mountains.
Expect muddy conditions, especially after rain in this wet part of the island.At the end of the hike, you can rinse off in the Wailua River close to the trailhead.
