Jeonju Nambu Market – Street Food & Local Market Walk
We visit Jeonju’s traditional Nambu Market, a lively local market where you can really feel the daily life of the city. Here you can slowly walk through the narrow alleys filled with colorful stalls, fresh produce, traditional ingredients, and small family-run shops that have been loved by locals for generations.
During your free time in the market, you can taste a variety of Korean street foods, such as crispy jeon (Korean pancakes), tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes), gimbap (seaweed rice rolls), dumplings, and sweet snacks like hotteok (filled Korean pancakes). You are free to choose what you want to try, follow the delicious smells, and enjoy small bites as you explore.
This market visit is not just for eating, but also for experiencing real Korean market culture – watching vendors call out to customers, seeing how local people shop, and feeling the energetic atmosphere of Jeonju.

Korean Traditional Etiquette Experience at Jeonju Hyanggyo
This fully private tour perfectly blends local culture, traditions, art, history, and relaxing free time. As part of the program, you will visit Jeonju Hyanggyo, a historic Confucian academy, to join a Korean traditional etiquette experience.
In this session, you will learn basic Korean manners such as formal bowing, proper posture when sitting on the floor, how to offer and receive items with both hands, and polite greeting expressions. In the serene courtyard and wooden halls of the hanok-style campus, a local instructor will guide you step by step, so beginners can join comfortably.
This experience is designed to help you feel the core Korean values of respect and courtesy, not just by watching but by practicing them yourself, making your Jeonju cultural journey deeper and more meaningful.

كنيسة جيوندونج الكاثوليكية
Jeondong Catholic Cathedral
Jeondong Catholic Cathedral is one of the most beautiful Western-style churches in Korea and a landmark of Jeonju. Built in the early 20th century in a mix of Romanesque and Byzantine styles, the red-brick building with its tall central dome and twin side towers creates a very photogenic skyline at the entrance to Jeonju Hanok Village.
This cathedral stands on an important historical site where some of the earliest Korean Catholics were martyred during the time of persecution, so it is not only an architectural gem but also a meaningful place for Korean Catholic history. Inside, you can feel a quiet, solemn atmosphere with stained-glass windows, high vaulted ceilings, and a peaceful prayer space.
