To start the experience, you will be offered a welcome drink.
After a brief introduction, you will learn about Japanese izakaya culture and the dishes we will prepare together.
While cooking, Japanese music will be played in the background to create a fun and authentic atmosphere. Your host will guide you step by step as you prepare popular Japanese izakaya dishes, including Karaage (Japanese fried chicken), Gyoza, Dashimaki Tamago (Japanese rolled omelet), Tataki Cucumber Salad, and Onigiri.
Throughout the experience, you will have the opportunity to learn about Japanese culture, daily life, and local customs through conversation with your host.
