During the tasting, our Master Ham Cutter will guide you in discovering the secrets of each type of ham, explaining its origins, curing methods, and how factors such as the breed of pig, its diet, and the climate influence its flavour and texture. The tour ranges from Gran Reserva to the exclusive 100% Bellota ham, allowing you to appreciate the evolution of flavours and textures.
