In an authentic corner of eastern Sicily, immersed in the nature of the Iblean Mountains between Palazzolo Acreide and Noto, this unforgettable culinary experience will take place.
In these four hours we will prepare together tasty appetizers such as cunzato bread and ’nfigghiulate, a format of fresh pasta and a typical Sicilian dessert. Depending on the fresh seasonal ingredients we use, the filling and sauce of the ravioli varies from time to time.
At the end, we will sit at the table to taste the prepared dishes accompanied by a good local wine.
