We provide pick-up between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM from hotels or accommodations within Hanoi Old Quarter, or at the Hanoi Opera House for guests staying outside the Old Quarter. Enjoy a comfortable journey via expressway to Halong International Cruise Port, with a total travel time of approximately 2.5 hours.

Guests who do not use our Hanoi transfer service must arrive at Halong International Cruise Port by 11:30 AM at the latest for check-in and boarding. Late arrivals may miss the cruise departure. Please proceed to Ambassador’s Lounge (1st Floor, Terminal – Halong International Cruise Port, Bai Chay Ward, Halong City) for check-in and assistance from our cruise team.
