Join a local guide who lives in Alexandria and has seen the ghosts. We are historians; so we don't dress up and tell slapstick stories - we have the research and receipts to tell the darker side of Alexandria history.
There is a colonial guard, still watching out for George Washington. Soldiers who don't know the wars are over. Murdered ladies of the night looking for revenge down dark alleys.
Wander quaint streets of Old Town Alexandria with cobblestone streets and gas lanterns with our professional historians to hear the stories of this pre-Revolutionary town.
While family friendly, this tour is darker and scarier than our popular Ghosts of Georgetown tour.
